St. Peter’s Sesquicentennial is a year-long celebration! Here is a list of the planned events as known at the beginning of the year. Watch for additional information as each event approaches.
| May 25 | We begin the SUMMER SCHEDULE with a trip into our past. The 10:00 a.m. Eucharist will use the 1789 BCP Service. |
| June 11–15 | Wizards and Wonders with Harry Potter (Not really a sesquicentennial event, but a major event for all ages.) |
| June 14 | Amelia Island Chamber Music Special Program |
| July | “Parish Homecoming” Picnic |
| August 24 | Special Celtic Service followed by tea and scones (& Guinness?) |
| September 03 | Wednesdays-4-All resume with a catered dinner at 5:30 p.m. followed by Trivial Pursuit (St. Peter’s History). |
| October 29 | “Cemetery Crawl” with costumed characters |
| November 19 | Parish Thanksgiving Dinner with Trivial Pursuit (themed “Outreach Through the Ages”) |
