Revenue & Expenses Notes:

 — For the full year 2025, our non-discretionary expenses exceeded revenue by approximately $8,000. This is a significant improvement from the shortfall anticipated and discussed at the Parish Budget update on December 10th. This outcome was the result of higher than anticipated giving and lower expenses. Adding in discretionary transfers to our capital reserve fund and our outreach fund, the shortfall would have been $52,300. Those elements are in the 2026 budget and we have faith that we will be able to resume those transfers this year. We look forward to sharing more details at our annual meeting on March 4th.
